Tracking changes in barometric pressure, Acu-Rite weather forecasters calculate an average pressure reading and adjust for your location's altitude. By analysing these changes against preset weather data, the 08580 forecast station tunes in and learns the weather patterns in your area to generate the most accurate weather prediction available.
Features simple set up by adding batteries and S.A.M.E codes for Specific Message Area Encoding that ensures you will only receive advisories, watches, and warnings intended for your specific area.
