No alteration, modification, amendment, addition, deletion or change to this Agreement shall be effective or binding unless and until such alterations, modifications, amendments, additions, deletions or changes are properly executed in writing by both parties.

Order Acceptance
ExploraTrack.com reserves the right to cancel or limit the order quantity on any (1) item, without prior notification. Large orders may require an approval/voice confirmation from the cardholder in order to protect the interests of our customers. This approval may require additional verification which may result in the delay of the shipment of your order until such verification is made. ExploraTrack.com reserves the right to refuse to do business with any individual or business, without prior notification.

Manufacturer Warranty
All products on our site are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. Anytime after the first 30 days of shipment, all returns, replacements and repairs must be handled directly with the Manufacturer.
